Brent Evans, P.E.
Brent is the founder and co-owner of inoLECT. He is an Auburn University graduate with over 20 years of experience in Power System Solutions. He has worked on a wide range of projects worldwide, in the nuclear, fossil generation, transmission and utility industries.

Lonnie is a co-owner of inoLECT and came on board in 2007. He is an Engineering graduate of Louisiana Tech University, and brings to inoLECT his years of experience in business, engineering, manufacturing management and sales and marketing.
Robert Schilling, Jr.
Production Engineering Supervisor
Robert, "BJ" joined inoLECT in 2010. He has over 20 years of expertise in field troubleshooting and support, from repairs and replacements of transformers and switchgear, to breaker refurbishments, equipment installations, preventative and predictive maintenance and customer technical support.
Daniel is an Electrical Engineer from Louisiana State University. He has extensive knowledge of protective device coordination, conceptual microprocessor relay protection schemes, distribution relay application and programming, communication assisted relay programming, relay testing, installation and wiring, power system studies and much more.
Mike joined inoLECT's sales team in 2010 and has over 30 years of experience in industrial and electronic equipment sales, around the Baton Rouge area. He has a reputation for troubleshooting problems and suggesting the right solutions. He has experience working with many manufacturers and coordinating small repair projects to large switchgear orders. Mike's service area is south Louisiana.
Business Development Manager
Bryan joined inoLECT in 2007 and is an Electrical Engineering graduate of Louisiana State University. Since joining the inoLECT team, he has worked in multiple engineering and project management roles, which included power system design, studies and infrastructure integration. Bryan is now responsible for business development in the Eastern US and Canadian regions.
North American Sales Manager
Dan has over 30 years of sales experience and 15 years in Process Control Industrial sales. Since joining the inoLECT team, he has established a brand presence on the western side of the US, added new Agents and Resellers and promoted our Products and Services in his assigned territory. Dan's coverage extends from Texas westward and up the Pacific coast.
Shawn joined inoLECT's team in 2012 and has experience in the Field Service industry, as well as industrial sales. His experience in preventative maintenance, testing and repair services make him a valuable asset to our sales team. He has attended numerous industry conferences and tradeshows on inoLECT's behalf. Shawn's sales territory extends from south Louisiana to Florida.
International Business Development Manager
Hulon Robertson is an Electrical Engineering graduate from Southern University, and an MBA graduate from the University of Houston. He has over 20 years of experience in the power generation, oil, natural gas, chemical and refinery industries. He is establishing a brand presence for inoLECT overseas, and in the central US, building Agent relationships and expanding our reach worldwide.
Technical Support Supervisor
Chris has over 30 years of experience with industrial power systems. He has valuable knowledge of electrial power distribution systems, automation and controls, switchgear maintenance and repair, and is the technical support expert for the inoRAC Remote Racking unit. Since joining the inoLECT team, Chris has traveled across the globe, installing, commissioning and upgrading inoRAC devices for our Customers.
Brian has over 15 years of experience in production scheduling and manufacturing, CAD, 3D Design, Quality Control Standards, Lean Manufacturing, 5s Methodology, and Inventory Control Systems. He has managaged, planned, directed, coordinated and assigned manpower to efficiently meet production requirements and supervised shift operations for large teams of staff.
